Enid Brewing Company
Enid Brewing Company brings together rural and urban communities in creating locally-grown and brewed “Grain to Glass” craft beer and “Farm to Table” food. Their menu items feature locally sourced ingredients from Sidwell Farms beef to Chisholm Trail Milling whole wheat flour. The “spent grains” from our brewing process are used to feed our cattle, highlighting our truly, full circle supply chain. Their craft beers are also used throughout the cooking process.
Sidwell Farms
All of the beef from Sidwell Farms is pasture-raised, grain-fed, and finished with 120-day wholesome grain rations to ensure the best marbling and tenderness. Having the love for the land, they encourage customers to explore the farm on horseback to see where the cattle graze. This family operated farm uses a demand driven model to create that direct farm-to-table desire.
Chisholm Trail Milling
At Chisholm Trail Milling, they want all of their farmers’ hard work to be preserved in their flour. Their flour is ground slowly between two natural granite stones -just the way nature and agriculture intended it to be. With Chisholm Trail Milling, there is a true partnership between the farmer and the baker.
Oklahoma Certified Beef Assoc.
As defined by the Oklahoma Legislature, Oklahoma Certified Beef is beef that is bred, born, raised and processed exclusively within the state of Oklahoma. To participate in the Oklahoma Certified Beef Association program, ranchers verify their cattle and beef products through an affidavit system.
